Why do you always include two interpreters in the proposal? Isn't one enough?
We can cover an event with just one interpreter if it has no longer than 1.5 hours of duration
Can we deliver the supporting documents on the day of the event?
It is extremely important to send the supporting documents in advance (at least 5 days ahead) so that the interpreter can properly prepare and get familiarized with the topic and associated technical terms.
The event may run over the time on the agenda, is there a problem with staying an extra hour?
Given the physical and mental fatigue caused by prolonged concentration inherent in the profession, it is imperative to respect the agreed schedule, and not exceed 8 work hours.
