Founded by Jussara Barbosa in 2016, the company arose from a deep belief that language is the key to understanding and empathy. Jussara saw the opportunity to create a company that not only offered translation and interpreting services, but also celebrated the richness of languages and cultures.

Sara Oliveira
Sara Oliveira, Director of JBTranslation. Given her vast experience in business management, having spent 12 years in hotel management, she not only manages the company’s administration, but also quality management, ensuring the excellent service for which the company is known on the national and international market.
Because we believe that our clients deserve the best, we spare no effort when it comes to satisfaction and loyalty through the professional and proactive attitude of our employees, with a view to anticipating and exceeding our clients’ needs and expectations.

Our team of interpreters is made up of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, developed in partnerships with renowned entities such as the United Nations, ECOWAS, WHO, ILO, the Government of Cabo Verde and others. Each member of the team is selected not only for their linguistic competence, but also for their in-depth knowledge of our clients’ areas of expertise – from the diplomatic and legal sector to the technical and commercial.
